Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility as a Digital Agent is to generate showroom traffic by converting digital enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments. Acting as the first point of contact for customers across all digital platforms, your role is crucial in driving the success of the Sales team and ensuring each customer is well-informed and excited to visit our dealership.
Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll coordinate and book appointments, manage enquiries, process deposits, and ensure that potential customers feel valued and engaged. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about vehicles and delivering exceptional service in a high-energy team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Convert digital enquiries into high-quality showroom appointments
Manage customer interactions across multiple platforms simultaneously
Qualify customer needs, build rapport, and create excitement around our vehicles and brand
Maximise every opportunity by following up leads quickly and professionally
Act as the primary funnel for the sales team, ensuring customers arrive informed, engaged, and ready to buy
Maintain accurate records using CRM and other IT-based systems
Get involved with PX valuations and Finance quotes
Take deposits and greet customers
Essential Skills & Attributes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
✔ First-Class Communication Skills
You must be confident, professional, and persuasive when communicating verbally and in writing (email, WhatsApp, telephone). Good response time is fundamental.
✔ Strong IT & Digital Skills
You will work across multiple systems and platforms daily, so confidence with computers, CRM tools, and digital workflows is essential.
✔ Focus & Attention to Detail
You will handle a high volume of customers with varying needs. The ability to remain focused, attentive, and organised throughout the day is critical.
✔ Value-Building Mindset
Price and vehicle specification matter—but your real skill is creating value in the experience, the brand, and the appointment. You know how to make customers want to visit us.
✔ Sales & Influencing Skills
Although you won’t physically sell the car, you must be comfortable:
Handling objections
Negotiating effectively
Understanding sales psychology
Building rapport with a wide range of customers
✔ Customer service skills
You must aim to reach 5-star ratings across all platforms, consistently.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a customer-facing or enquiry-handling role, ideally within the automotive industry or an FCA-regulated environment.
Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A strong interest in vehicles, with a good understanding of car features, specifications, and the automotive industry.
Excellent persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail with experience in CRM systems and digital payment processing.
Full, clean UK driving licence is required.

What We Offer
Basic Salary of £26,000
On Target Earnings (OTE) of £45,000+
